Pre-Viva session is the last core attributes to be performed before the actual Viva voce taking place. The session is so-called the last preparation to finalize everything and the expected completion of the thesis is about at least 99%. One needs to present his/her overall findings from his/her research through a Pre-Viva session presented with the 99% completion of the thesis in front of the two panels of examiners appointed from the respective academicians recommended by the supervisor with the consent from the Faculty’s Committee of Postgraduate Studies. The guidelines towards the commencement of the session are outlined as stated:

2. Fill up the FORM (Section 1 only). (PIC: Student)
   
   
3. Submit the FORM with thesis report (99% complete according to regulation set by the Center of Graduate Studies, UTHM) to Faculty’s Postgraduate office by hand/online via email (To: fkmp.ps@uthm.edu.my & cc: rosmaidi@uthm.edu.my) according to designated format as shown below: (PIC: Supervisor)
