received a visit from Energy Commission (ST)

30 September 2019| Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering (FKMP) has received a visit from Energy Commission (ST) to audit the implementation of a new postgraduate programme, Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Engineering (MDL) on 25th September 2019. This enforcement audit was conducted to ensure the implementation of the programme is in line with the ST requirements particularly in terms of syllabus, course delivery and expertise.

The panel of auditors led by Mr. Mohamad Faiz Mohd Yusoff, Assistant Director Energy Efficiency & Conservation Unit ST has satisfied with the preparation and planning made by the faculty in offering MDL. As an added value to the programme, ST has recognized graduates of the programme under Energy Management and Efficiency specialization as a Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM). For the record, MDL at its first intake is supported by qualified academics consisting five (5) Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM), two (2) Certified Professional Measurement & Verification (CPMV) and three (3) Certified Energy Manager (CEM). Now, we are welcome the application of next incoming intake, February 2020. Let’s enroll and join us!
